浅谈多媒体教学手段在中学英语教学中的负面影响

摘  要

随着教学技术的发展和英语教学的改革,计算机广泛应用于教学领域,尤其是英语。在教学过程中,通过多媒体计算机辅助系统,教师可以展示一些感性材料,创造一个真实的情景,从而可以取得最好的教学成果。然而文章通过分析中学英语教学的现状以及有关多媒体使用的调查问卷,提出了多媒体教学在英语课堂中的几个常见的弊端,得出多媒体教学课件的内容不当或操作技术的不成熟容易让学生学习被动,从而成为学生英语学习的阻碍的结论。并且通过对中学生心理发展特点的分析提出了几项解决弊端地方法。

The Negative Impacts of Computer-assisted Instruction
on English Teaching in Mid-school


ABSTRACT

With the development of teaching technology and the reform of English teaching, computers are now widely used in teaching, especially in English. During the process of teaching, the teacher can achieve the best teaching results by presenting perceptual materials and creating an authentic situation with the Multimedia Computer-Assisted System (CAI). However,through analyzing the situaition of mid-schools’ English teaching and the survey about CAI,paper shows that CAI courseware may make English learning passive because of its inappropriate content or unskillful operation. Thus,it can be an obstacle to English learning for students.Then,the author present some solving ways after anlyzing the psychological development of mid-school students.
