在我国农村，单一的政府供给体制不能满足农村社会发展的需要，因此应当探寻其他的方式来解决农村公共物品的供给。所以，笔者提出了农村公共物品的民间提供，通过分析其供给模式，而且就如何促进农村公共物品的民间提供提出几点建议。本文研究运用了理论实证与经验实证相结合的方法，积极探讨乡镇企业发展与农村公共物品供给之间的关系并提出了一些创新的对策，主要研究乡镇企业发展对农村公共物品供给的影响，通过案例的分析，找出当中存在的问题，并给出了相应的对策。

Abstract
In China's rural areas, a single government supply system can not meet the needs of rural and social development and should therefore be exploring other ways to solve the supply of public goods in rural areas. Therefore, I propose the rural folk to provide public goods, through analysis of their mode of supply, but also on how to promote rural public goods provided by the civil suggestions. In this paper, a theoretical use of empirical evidence and experience a combination of methods, actively exploring the development of township enterprises and rural public goods of the relationship between supply and made a number of innovative measures, mainly on the development of township enterprises in the rural areas the impact of the supply of public goods through Case Analysis, which identified the problems and gives a corresponding countermeasures.
