基础设施建设是推进经济增长的主要动力，城市轨道交通又是近年来城市基础设施发展的重点，它是解决北京城市公共交通问题的重要途径。但是城市轨道交通项目的建设需要巨大的投资，由于其盈利能力低，筹集建设资金的难度很大。目前北京轨道交通建设与经营主要由政府承担，融资渠道不宽，建设速度缓慢。融资问题己经成为当前我国城市轨道交通发展中亟需解决的难题，因此研究如何建立适应北京城市轨道交通融资模式对北京轨道交通的发展意义重大。本文首先对北京轨道交通融资现状进行了分析，接着对北京目前融资模式中存在的问题及成因进行分析，通过对其他城市轨道融资模式的分析，最后提出了完善北京轨道融资的建议。

Abstract
Infrastructure construction is the major power to enhance the economic development, and the urban mass transit is the focal point of the infrastructure construction, which is an important way to solve the public traffic problem of Beijing. However, the investment amount of the urban mass transit is enormous, and moreover, the profit of the project is very low. Therefore it is much difficult to raise its construction fund. Currently, the Beijing government is still the mainly part to build and operate the urban mass transit, which makes the funding difficult. In order to meet the great need of the construction, this financing problem is in urgent need of solution. As a result, it has great significance on the research of the financing mode to set up a proper one for Beijing. This paper first analyze the urban mass transit financing mode of the status in Beijing, and then find the problem and its reason for the urban mass transit financing mode of Beijing, with analyzing other cities’ financing mode, the final on the basis of this proposed improving the urban mass transit financing mode of Beijing.
