xx煤炭企业薪酬制度对员工流失影响的研究 ——以xx集团为例

【内容摘要】

在经济日益全球化的今天,企业核心的竞争力是人才。人力资源管理与开发已成为推动企业经济发展的重要动力。我国煤炭企业的人力资源仍存在着诸多与企业发展不协调之处。目前,国有企业人才流失严重,已经严重影响到了煤炭企业的持续稳定发展。同时河南煤炭企业人才流失的特点是人才流失严重,企业人才竞争处于劣势。本文通过薪酬制度对员工流失的理论研究,使用文献分析法、访谈法,调查研究了神火薪酬制度对员工流失的现状研究,从年龄结构、学历结构、各类人员结构以及人才流失所反映的具体分析,得出薪酬制度对员工流失的原因,以对外缺乏竞争力,对内缺乏公平性,激励性不足导致企业面临的困境。通过薪酬体系的再设计,从根本上解决薪酬制度对员工流失的问题。基于全文的研究和分析,得出以下结论:在人力资源管理理论的指导下,通过薪酬的再设计,以对外具有竞争力、对内具有公平性和有激励性原则的薪酬制度,可以从根本上改变神火集团薪酬制度对员工流失的影响。

 A Research on the Pay System of Coal Enterprise in Henan
       Province —— Based on Shenhuo Group               
Abstract
In today's increasingly globalized economy,the core competitiveness is human resources.Human resource management and development has become the power which improves the development of enterprise.However,the hunman resources is uncoordinated with enterprise in China.Currently,a serious staff turnover  of state-owned enterprises has seriously affected the sustainable and stable development of coal enterprises.At the same time,the staff turnover in Henan coal enterprises are characterized more seriously.
     In this paper,according to the research on theory of pay system for staff turnover,use Literature Analysis, Interviews to analyse status that Shenhuo's pay system affects stuff 's loss ,from the age structure, educational structure to all categories of personnel structure, and the reflection in specific staff turnover  ,get some reasons::the pay system is lack of competitiveness for external environment ,lack of fairness for internal environment and lack of incentives.By a re-design for Shenhuo's pay system,hope to solute the questions fundamentally.
     Based on the research and analysis, get the following conclusions: guided by the theory of human resource management ,re-designing a new pay system which adheres to three principles can radically change staff turnover in Shenhuo Group.
