液体表面张力系数测量方法的改进

【内容摘要】

液体表面张力系数测定方法的改进摘要目前,改进拉脱法测量液体表面张力系数的方法很多,由于表面张力较小,测量误差较大,提高测量精度一直是人们研究的热点问题,其中关注的焦点主要集中在改善拉膜过程的稳定性、测量状态的精确确定以及提高刻度尺的精度等方面。本研究从改进π丝形状、增强拉膜系统的稳定性、补偿法处理浮力及膜重、用显微镜读数等方面入手,提出了自动降拉双π丝法。用自动化降拉代替手动提拉,提高了过程的稳定性及操作的合理性;用双π丝代替π丝,消除了拉模丝的不光滑点;用突变初态和补偿态作为测量状态,有效地排除了浮力和膜重对实验结果的影响。自动降拉双π丝法得到的实验结果,其误差小于1.2%。

The Improvement of the Experimental Methods in Measuring the Tension Co-efficient in Liquid Surface
Abstract
At present, there are many improving methods of measuring the tension coefficient in liquid surface about pulled out-methed. Because the surface tension is lesser and systerm errore is lagger, improving the measurement accuracy has always been a hot spot. Among the main spots, experts mainly focus on many aspects, such as promoting stability in the process of tension membrane, making sure the accuracy of measurement condition and improving the accuracy of scales etc. this experiment will improve the shape of “π”, Increasing stability in the process of tension membrane, compensation method processing buoyancy and the weight of membrane, using a microscope to reading in order to enhance the accuracy. An improved method was suggested: With Automatical down instead of Manual up, the stability of process and the plausibility of operation were Improved; With a pair of π wire instead of a π wire, the part with membrane was become smooth; With the Initial state of a sudden change process and compensation as measuring states, effectively eliminate the influence of  buoyancy and membrane weight; The use of improved methods, the systerm errore ≤ 1.2%.
