房地产项目的可行性研究是投资决策的重要依据，也是房地产投资项目成功的关键，通过对本项目可行性的研究，不仅有利于实现项目决策的科学化，更重要的是可以减少项目在实施过程中的失误，实现项目的预期利益。本报告的写作主要是围绕项目的经济评价进行，其主要内容有：项目概况、房地产市场分析、项目定位、项目SWOT分析、项目各种财务数据的估算、项目财务评价、项目不确定性分析。最后，通过对项目的研究分析，得出本项目可行的结论，并提出合理建议，为开发商提供科学合理的决策依据。

Abstract
The feasibility report of real estate is the important basis for investment decision, it is also the key to success. The feasibility study of this project make the project decision-making scientific, what’s more important, it will reduces the faults of the project in the implementation process, realizes the project imaginary profit.
The composition of this report is mainly around the economic evaluation of the project, its primary coverage includes: project overview, real estate market analysis, project location, project SWOT analysis, estimating of project’s financial data, project financial evaluation, project uncertainty analysis.
Finally, by the project's research and analysis above, it comes to this project feasible conclusion, and puts forward reasonable proposals, provides developers scientific and feasible basis for decision-making.
