创业知识提升大学生创业意愿研究

【内容摘要】

高校扩招之后,大学生就业矛盾凸显,始于2008年的全球金融危机也让大学生在传统就业途径上压力增大,就业形势严峻。与此同时,大学生创业受到公共政策的大力扶持和高等教育的鼓励和大力支持,并期望以大学生创业带动就业。2008年上海理工大学本科工商管理专业创业方向正式开设,成为上海第一个创业教育本科专业。创业知识作为与创业相关知识的总称,不仅获取途径多样,创业知识类型也非常丰富。创业知识获取途径多样,可以来自平常生活中得交流,也可来自高等教育的传授;创业知识学科类型分类多样,管理学、心理学、经济学等相关知识均可定义为创业知识。然而,创业知识将在何种程度上以及怎样对大学生创业意愿产生影响,如何作用于创业意愿?进而得以讨论如何让大学生创业不仅是在短期内解决就业问题而是更深远的在提升创业意愿的同时提升创业成功率、提升大学生的创新能力乃至国家的创新能力则更具价值。本研究希望通过将创业知识的获取途径和知识类型进行分类并建立模型由此探讨提升大学生创业意愿的相关因素及其影响。本文对创业知识提升大学生创业意愿通过实证研究方法展开研究。本文分为四个部分:第一部分是绪论,主要介绍研究背景与动机,研究目的与范围,研究思路、技术路线、研究方法以及创新之处。第二部分是基础理论分析与研究假设的提出,通过对国内外文献的回顾主要介绍了创业、创业知识以及与创业知识相关的创业能力的概念,对以上概念在本文中做出描述,并在此基础上提出研究假设。第三部分是本文的主体部分,实证研究。通过建立模型,对调查结果进行信度效度的检验,创业意愿因子分析,变量的描述性统计,回归结果分析等,最终对论文所提出的假设进行判断。第四部分是结论和启示。主要结论包括:正式的创业知识获取途径更能提升创业意愿,创业知识和创业意愿显著相关等。然后分析了本文的研究缺陷,为有关方面及后续研究者提出建议。

ABSTRACT
After college enrollment, the contradictions in employment of college students are highlighted, the global financial crisis began in 2008, which increased the pressure of college students in traditional employment opportunities, and the employment situation is grim. Meantime, students' entrepreneurship are been supported and encouraged by the public policy and higher education, and the improvement of college students' employment is expected. In 2008, the Bachelor of Business Administration the direction of entrepreneurship opened in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, which become the first undergraduate entrepreneurship education in Shanghai.
As a general term of entrepreneurship-related knowledge, entrepreneurial knowledge not only has diverse ways of access, but also has broad types of knowledge. Diverse ways of knowledge access comes from daily activities, or teaching in higher education; entrepreneurial knowledge also have various disciplines, management, psychology, economics and other related knowledge can be defined as entrepreneurial knowledge.
However, to what extent may the entrepreneurial knowledge affect the entrepreneurial intention of college students? Then we will discuss how to not only solve the employment problem in the short term but more far-reaching entrepreneurial intention in raising the success rate and increase the entrepreneurship to enhance the innovative ability and even the country's innovation capacity is more valuable. This study is willing to classify the diverse ways of access and broad types of knowledge of entrepreneurial knowledge, and further, establish the models about relevant factors and effects that enhance the students' entrepreneurial intention.
This article will launch the research towards "the relation of college students' entrepreneurial intention enhancement and entrepreneurial knowledge" through empirical research methods.
This article has four parts:
The first part includes introduction, mostly introduces the research background, research motive, research goal, research scope, research mentality, technical route, research technique and innovation place.
The second part includes the basic theory analysis and research supposition statement. The concept of entrepreneurial, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial-related ability is introduced through domestic and foreign literature's review.
The third part is the main body part of this article: the empirical study. Through the model building, reliability and validity of the survey result will be tested, also there will be entrepreneurial intention factorial analysis, the variable descriptive statistics, the return result analysis, etc. The supposition which proposed to the paper will be judged in the end of this part.
The fourth part is the conclusion and the enlightenment. The main conclusion includes: The official ways of entrepreneurial knowledge access increases the entrepreneurial intention, the entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial intention are remarkable related, etc. The defects in this research are also concluded in this part, which may puts forward the proposal for the concerned parties and the following researchers.
