试论我国女性人力资源开发

人力资源在社会生产力因素中具有着越来越重要的作用，占据着人类人力资源一半的女性人力资源，不仅是形成人力资本的重要对象，同时也是创造人力资源的承担者之一。对女性人力资源进行开发，既是促进经济发展、提高劳动生产率的需要，又是实施可持续发展战略、构建和谐社会的需要。现阶段，我国经济的高速发展、人民平等意识的不断增强、社会风气的不断开放都为我国女性人力资源开发提供了有利的客观条件；同时，知识经济时代的到来，也让女性的主体意识、竞争意识变得更加强烈，这些女性的主观因素也为我国女性人力资源开发创造了有利条件。虽然如此，我国在女性人力资源开发方面的问题还是很突出的，主要体现在女性受教育情况、女性培训发展情况和女性就业情况三个方面。针对这些问题，在社会客观因素方面，首先应该重视女性教育，鼓励女性自学；其次加强女性培训，消除性别偏见；最后在招聘上应该唯才是用。在女性主观因素方面，女性应该努力提高自身素质，转变观念，提高竞争意识，克服依赖心理等等。
