塑膜折叠裹包机包装工艺及其传动系统设计

摘要

在折叠式裹包机中，折叠与封合是关键的生产工序，本机折叠采用铲边式折叠，封合是采用烙铁热封粘合。该机用透明膜和玻璃纸折叠裹包，主要是用于块状物料的外包装，以防潮防水防伪，除本设计涉及的香烟外膜包装外，还可以对磁带、药品等块状物料进行折叠裹包。
本次设计主要是关于透明膜折叠裹包机的工艺分析和传动系统设计。首先从我国重点研发的包装机械切入，引出课题来源和相关包装机械标准和设计要求，然后根据该标准和要求进行折叠裹包工艺分析，制定了包装工艺路线，从而确定了透明膜折叠裹包机总体方案。接着根据相关设计要求进行了传动系统的总体设计，然后重点对传动系统各零部件进行了设计计算。其中主要对V带、凸轮、齿轮和轴等进行分析计算，并给出具体的设计方法和计算结果，同时还对原动机和其它相关传动零件进行了标准化选用。本文对折叠裹包机的执行机构方面（如推包机构、铲边托包机购和联动烫包机构等）也进行了简单的介绍和分析。

ABSTRACT

Folding and binding are the key production processes in a foldaway wrap machine and present designing machine adopts a shovel to fold and a soldering iron scalding to bind. The machine is mainly designed for the out-packing of block materials which protects the product inside to guard against fakes and to moisture-proof, with transparent membrane and cellophane, and these packing may be used for the packing of cigarette, tape, medicine and the like.
This design is mainly to analyze the craft of transparent membrane and to design the transmission. Firstly, I would like to start with the research and the development of packing machines which our nation have attached great importance on, which brings out the subject and the related issues like the criterion of the packing machine and the target of the design. Then, on the basis of the criterion and the target, we analyze the craft of foldaway wrap, make out a route to pack and determine the total program of designing the transparent membrane foldaway wrap machine. After that, it is the whole design of the transmission system and I put importance on the calculation of the individual part of the transmission system, especially the analysis and the calculation of the V-belt, Cam, gear wheel and axis and I also give the concrete method of the design and the result of the calculation, at the same time, I select the electric machinery and the related part of transmission in standardization. This essay also gives a simple introduction and analysis on the aspect of the executive bodies（such as the folding mechanism，scalding mechanism and so on）of the foldaway wrap machine.
