摘  要

随着科学技术的飞速发展,机械制造技术发生了深刻的变化。传统的普通加工设备己很难适应市场竞争的高质量、高效率的要求,本文主要以铣床设计为研究对象,根据工件的具体形状、尺寸和特点,设计一台专用铣床。要求达到机床工作平稳、结构简单、设计成本低、提高生产效率。
切削加工是将金属毛坯加工成具有较高精度的形状、尺寸和较高表面质量零件的主要加工方法,在加工精密零件时,主要还是依靠切削加工来达到所需的加工精度和表面质量。本设计采用的“以刨代铣”制造工艺,可明显提高粉碎机的质量和生产效率,使产品合格率上升,在市场上具有较强的竞争力。本设计的方案,由于采用一个立铣头,两侧各有个铣头,同时完成A、B支承面的精铣加工,有利于把A、B面的位置度偏差控制在技术条件允许的范围之内,还可以提高被加工零件的制造精度,并且在不影响生产效率的情况能够使简化机床结构。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of science and technology, machinery manufacturing technology has undergone profound changes. The traditional general processing equi-pment has been difficult to adapt to the market competitiveness of high-quality, highefficiency requirements. The paper is mainly designed for a milling machine, accord-ing to the workpiece the specific shape, size and the characteristics of them. Requirements to achieve a smooth working simple structure and design of low cost and in-crease productivity mschine.
    Cutting is processed metal into high rough accuracy of the shape, size and highsurface quality of parts of methods in processing precision components, mainly relyi-ng on the cutting process to attain the required accuracy and surface quality. This  design uses the "planing and milling" manufacturing process, can significantly impro-ve the mill's quality and production efficiency, the good product qualification will berise the rate in the market with strong competitiveness. The design of the program-me, due to the adoption of a legislation mill head, both sides have a mill head, at  the same time A, B support of the fine milling, is conducive to the A, B of the  location of deviations in control to the extent permitted by technical conditions With-in, itcould be improved by the manufacturing precision machining parts, and withoutaffecting the production efficiency of machine tools to simplify the structure.
