某校大学生体质健康测试结果分析
摘 要：采用实验测试法，数理统计法及比较分析法，于2009年下半年对湖南工业大学全体学生进行体质健康标准测试并对其结果进行分析，测试结果显示：湖南省工业大学大学生体质健康状况总体处于及格水平，同时依据测试结果分析对湖南工业大学体质健康工作提出相应的改进建议。

An Analysis of Results on the Test of College Students’ Physical Fitness and Health in Hunan University of Technology

Abstract: Based on test, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, the authors have tested all the items of physical fitness and health criteria for the students in Hunan University of Technology in the latter half of 2009. It has been shown that, on the whole, the college students of Hunan University of Technology have middle level in physical fitness and health. At the end of the paper, the author gives several suggestions for improving physical fitness and health of Hunan University of Technology.

引 言
为进一步贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》（中发[2007]7号）和《教育部国家体育总局关于实施<国家学生体质健康标准>的通知》(教体艺［2007］8号)精神，切实加强学校体育工作，促进学生积极参加体育锻炼，养成良好的锻炼习惯，提高体质健康水平，各大学、中学、小学学校应该积极响应国家政策，对学生进行体质健康测试，这是学校体育工作的一部分，是学生对自身体质健康情况了解的一个重要途经。学校通过实施《学生体质健康标准》来加强和改进体育教学工作，促进学生体质健康的发展，激励学生积极参与体育锻炼，提高自我保健能力和体质健康水平。
