唐山市农村养老机制现状、问题及对策研究
摘要
农村养老机制是我国社会保障体系中的重要组成部分，它关系到占总人口75%的农民现在或将来的生活质量。妥善解决农村老年人的生活保障，己经成为各级政府的重大课题，解决的好坏直接影响到经济的持续发展和和谐社会的构建。因而在对唐山市农村现实社会经济条件进行剖析的基础上，发现问题，并借鉴国外成功经验，提出相应对策，促进农村社会经济的稳定发展，具有理论和实践意义。
本文首先从唐山市农村老龄化问题日益严重和家庭养老方式面临挑战出发，提出完善唐山市农村养老机制的重要性，明确写作目的。然后对本文的研究方法做了简要的介绍。通过调查了解唐山市农村养老机制的现状；分析现状并提出唐山市农村养老机制存在的问题；再对所存在的问题进行分析；最后，提出了适合唐山市的农村养老保险机制和相关政策措施。

Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Measures of the Countryside System for the Aged in Tangshan City
Abstract
The countryside system for the aged plays an important role in the system of social security. It is related to peasants’ living quality now or in the future who holds 75% of the whole population in China. It becomes a major task for government in all levels to properly solve the problem of the aged in the countryside. The result will directly affect the sustainable development of economy and the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, on the basis of analysis of the practical economic conditions in the countryside in Tangshan City, it has a theoretical and practical meaning to find problems and learn the successful experience abroad so that we can come up with corresponding measures to advance the steady development of social economy in the countryside.
The paper begins with the increasingly serious problem of the aged in the countryside and the old ways of treating the aged which are facing challenges. Then, it attaches great importance to completing social endowment insurance in the countryside in Tangshan City in order to clear the writing goal. Next, it briefly introduces the research methods. That is through understanding the current situation of countryside system for the aged in Tangshan City, so that conclusion comes after the analysis of the existing problem. At last, the proper countryside system for the aged and relevant policies and measures come up.
