昆明市经济适用房管理中存在的问题及对策研究
摘要
经济适用房自在我国问世以来，解决了一部分城镇中低收入阶层的住房问题，在扩大内需拉动经济增长起到了重要作用，一定程度上完善了住房供应结构，缓解了社会矛盾，但是随着时间的推移，在实际操作过程中经济适用房政策中的问题也显现出来。文章通过我国经济适用房保障体系特点介绍，并结合昆明市经济适用房的实际建设情况，以及对管理过程中暴露出的问题进行分析，并找出问题存在的原因，以研究并提出相应的解决对策。使更多的中低收入家庭能享受到经济适用房这一具有保障性质的优惠政策，为那些真正需要购买经济适用房的民众提供透明的购房条件。

The Study On the Problems And Countermeasures In The Affordable Housing Of Kunming
Abstract
Since China emerged affordable housing, to solve the part of cities and towns in the low-income housing. In the expansion of domestic demand to promote economic growth played an important role, to some extent improved the housing supply structure, easing social conflicts. But with the passage of time, in the actual operration the problems that exist in the room policy of affordable housing come out too. Through the application of China's economic security system features, and according to the actual construction situation of affordable housing in kunming ,analysis the problems in the management porcess;And discovers the reason which the question exists, Studies and proposes the corresponding solution countermeasure. So that more low and middle-income families can enjoy affordable housing with protection of the nature of preferential policies, to provide transparent conditions for those who really need to bay affordable housing .
