陕西省韩城市农村医疗卫生管理中存在的问题与对策研究
摘 要
搞好我国的农村医疗卫生管理工作，快速有效的发展农村卫生服务事业是保障农民健康生活、振兴农村经济和维护农村稳定的重要方面，同时也是保证社会主义新农村建设工作顺利实施，全面实现我国小康社会宏伟目标的重点和难点。但是目前随着我国农村经济和社会的发展，农村卫生服务供给与农民的现实需求之间矛盾日益凸现，尤其是农村医疗卫生管理工作中还存在着很多问题，致使广大农民的健康要求无法得到满足，这些存在问题都有其存在的深层次原因，要解决这些问题，需要对致使这些问题产生的原因进行探究，采取适当调整政府施政目标与政策，改变现行卫生管理模式，加快农村医疗卫生一体化管理模式的运作等改革措施。本文主要就是针对陕西省韩城市农村医疗卫生管理存在的问题进行深入的调查研究，同时分析这些问题产生的原因，结合发达国家成功的医疗卫生管理方面的经验，提出解决问题的对策，为我国农村医疗卫生事业的进一步发展提出合理化建议。

The Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Medical and Health Management in HanCheng city of Shaanxi Province
Abstract
Doing a good job in China's rural medical and health management, rapid and effective development of the cause of rural health services is the important aspects of ensuring farmers’ healthy life, the revitalization of rural economy and maintaining stability, but also ensure that a new socialist countryside construction work smooth implementation of the full realization of China Well-off society and the focus of the grand goal of difficulty.But now as China's rural economic and social development, between the supply of rural health services and the reality needs of farmers increasingly apparent contradictions, particularly rural health care in the management of the many problems still exist, causing the majority of farmers of the health requirements can not be met. These problems are of its reasons for existence in the deep-seated, to solve the question on the need these result the causes for Inquiry and take appropriate government adjusted its policy objectives and policies, to change the existing health management mode and speed up the integration of rural medical and health Management mode of operation of the reform measures.This article is for the HanCheng city of Shaanxi Province in rural medical and health management of the issues in depth investigations and studies, analysis of the causes of these problems, with developed countries’ successful health care management experience, to propose solutions to the problem of countermeasures for China's rural areas medical and health undertakings to the further development of rationalization proposals.
