任丘市城市改造后存在的问题及对策研究
摘要
在城市化的过程中，城市改造是一个必然的趋势。城市改造使城市面貌有了很大改观，带来了很多好处，但是在改造后也产生了一些问题。政府作为行为的主体总是会以不同方式去行动，在很大程度上知道自己在做什么，却并不一定能预期到自己如此行动的后果。本文通过对任丘市城市改造后的问题与对策的研究，把“城市”作为一个整体，放置到经济环境、社会生活、人文地理、自然生态等复杂的社会网络中予以重新定位，把对城市改造与改造后的反思结合起来，重点关注在现代化建设过程中，城市化建设对居民生活有哪些影响。对积极的方面进行借鉴，对消极方面进行分析研究，进而探索解决的方案，从而使得政府在进行城市改造后的补偿措施更加人性化并以出现的问题作为借鉴，使以后的城市改造更加完善科学，给百姓创造更加舒适便捷的生活环境，使政府与百姓之间的关系更加和谐。本文首先对城市改造的相关知识和理论、国外城市改造和我国的城市改造的发展情况进行介绍。其次对任丘市城市改造的情况进行介绍，然后选择某个具有代表性的小区居民进行调查，对得出的调查结果进行分析和研究。了解任丘市改造后产生了哪些方面的问题。最后，以分析的结果为基础，对城市改造中一些典型的问题进行比较，在各方面分别提出合理的意见和建议。

The Research on Questions and Suggestions after Renqiu Reformation
Abstract
In the process of urbanization, urban renewal is an inevitable trend. It improves urban landscape greatly, has brought many benefits, but it also has brought some problems. Government as the main body always act in different forms, in a large extent they know what they are doing, but not necessarily expect to anticipate the consequences of such action. The paper researches the problems and countermeasures after the transformation of Renqiu City, puts the "city" as a whole into the economic environment, social life, human geography, natural ecology, and other complex social network to re-position, combines the city transformation and the reflection after it, puts the attention to the process of modernization, and how urban construction implicate the residents. We can gain some experiences from positive aspects of reference, and analysis the negative aspects from it, then explore the solutions, thus enable the compensation of the city transformation more humanization and take the problems as an example, summarize some useful suggestions how to make the city renewal more consummate and scientific and bring people to a more comfortable ,convenient living environment, so that the relationship between the residents and the government will be more harmonious. In this paper, firstly, it introduces the relevant knowledge and theories of city renewal, development of foreign cities and our country’s cities. Secondly, it introduces the situation of Renqiu City, and then selects representative residents to investigate analysis and research the findings of the survey. This paper finds out the problems after Renqiu City renewal. Finally, based the results of the study, it compares the typical problems, puts forward the reasonable suggestions in all areas.
