青岛市经济适用房管理中存在的问题及对策研究

经济适用房是基于我国国情的住房市场发展阶段的一种政策选则，在市场的发展过程中，其发挥的作用是有正有负。
本文在对青岛市经济适用房管理中存在的问题进行调查的基础上，首先对青岛市经济适用房的管理现状进行分析，从而对经济适用房管理现状有了更深入的认识。其次，针对管理中存在的问题，设计了调查问卷，对当地居民进行调查，对问卷进行分析，找出青岛市经济适用房在管理中存在的问题。最后，对于存在的问题，在经济适用房制度的运行机制，现行政策等方面提出相关改进建议，以便完善经济适用房的管理政策和确保政策的可持续性。

The Study of the Management Problems and Countermeasures on Affordable housing in Qingdao City
 

Abstract
    Affordable house is based on china’s national conditions of the stage of development of the residential market as a policy choice, in the development process of the residential market, the role is a positive and negative.
This topic that based on the Survey of the management problems exists on Affordable housing in Qingdao city. Firstly, by analyzing the current status of the management on Affordable housing in Qingdao city, thus further acquaintanceship of the current status of the management on Affordable housing; Secondly, according to relative theory, the questionnaires about management problems are designed and analyzed; Finally, relations with the management problems, and the existing policies and regulations, so as to improve the Affordable house policies and ensure sustainability.
