某市区农村基础教育管理存在的问题及对策研究
摘要
知识就是力量，教育是强国之本，教育改变命运。集中力量解决西山区基础教育，是深入实践“三个代表”重要思想，贯彻落实科学发展观、实现党的全心全意为人民服务宗旨的具体体现；是宝鸡市全面建设小康社会，实现“四市”目标，建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要；是统筹城乡协调发展，改变“二元”经济结构，使贫困地区群众共享改革发展成果，体现社会主义制度的优越性，构建和谐宝鸡的重要保证；也是宝鸡市“十一五”期间加快经济社会发展，基本解决全市贫困人口脱贫问题的重要战略举措。
本课题主要通过绪论、我国农村基础教育的发展状况、宝鸡市西山区农村基础教育概况、宝鸡市西山区农村基础教育改进措施和结论5个部分进行阐述，将我国农村基础教育现状作为铺垫，重点介绍宝鸡市西山区农村基础教育在管理上存在的问题以及解决存在问题的政策措施。

The Study On The Problem and Countermeasures Of The Rural Basic Education in XiShan，BaoJi
Abstract
Knowledge is power. Education is the power of the country and it could change fate. Concentrate on resolving basic education in XiShan area is a deep-going way to practicing Three Represents, building a well-off society, realizing the four-city aim, building a new socialist countryside urgent needs; taking the whole situation into account and change the duality of economic structure so that the poor masses to share with reform and development results, it an important warrant of building a harmonious society.
This topic divided into five parts: Introduction, China's rural basic education development, the general conditions of XiShan rural basic education in BaoJi, Improve the rural basic education of XiShan and the conclusion. The third and the fourth details are the important parts for this topic. By the way of analysing the causes and effects on XiShan rural basic education put forward the policies and measures.
