Causes of the Mistranslation of Film Titles and the Solutions
                          

The quality of movie titles directly determine the public acceptance for a film, while in box office receipts for this film it also play a decisive role. What, however, should not be overlooked is that the translation of film titles is very chaotic. There is no doubt that it will have a negative impact on the national cultural exchange, as well as on the development of the film industry. This paper aims to analyze the causes of the mistranslation of film titles and the solutions, which can help translators translate the film titles better to promote cultural exchange between countries and the film industry.
