企业岗位管理中的人岗匹配研究与分析


摘 要
岗位管理既是企业管理的有效补充,也是企业为适应不断发展的内外部环境的有力创新,在整个岗位管理的核心工作中基本离不开人和岗。人和岗是岗位管理的两大基本要素,岗位管理的基本问题就是解决员工与岗位的合理匹配,只有合理地进行人岗匹配,才能实施岗位管理的其他相关措施,实现岗位管理的其他职能。人岗匹配既是岗位管理的起点,又是岗位管理的终点。人岗匹配逐渐成为企业管理研究的新热点,正受到人们越来越多的关注。然而,在岗位管理的范畴之内来研究人岗匹配的情况却不多见,形成理论的更是少而又少。本文中人岗匹配的研究是以企业为背景、以岗位为基础,通过分析企业岗位管理中的人岗匹配基本概念与原理,提出实现岗位管理中的人岗匹配的步骤,并对某特定企业人岗匹配的实际情况进行研究。

Abstract
The post management is not the only the complementarily of  enterprise management,but also the strong creation of the changing inner and outer of the environment.the peron and the post are two basic factors of the enterprise management.The basic problem of the post management is slove reasonable person and post matching,only which can carry out other related steps and realize other funtions of post management.Person and post matching is not only the jumping-off point bet also the terminal point fo the pst management.
Peson and post maching has gradually been becoming the new hotpotin enterpise management research that is subjected to more and more concerns of people,there is few theorise on Person and post matching research in the field of enterprise management.The research of person and post matching is this article is to take enterprise as the background and take post as the foundation.Byanalyzing the basic concepion of person and post matching in post management of enterprises, it analyzed the relationship of establishing the post because of the person and establishing person’s relation because of the post by the usage of Game Theory,set up the static state and the dymamic stare models of person and post matching,and put forward main paths how to tealizing the person and post matching.Finally,itfurter proved the padt theory research by tesearching the factual situations of persong and post matching in a certain company.
