德鲁克的人力资产理论探析
员工管理是企业管理者的主要任务之一。目前,很多管理者对员工进行管理的观念和方法仍停留在上个世纪,这严重影响了企业取得优秀的绩效。使员工有所成就,是一个当代管理者需要解决的迫切问题。对于这个问题,彼得•德鲁克在其著作中有独特的见解。在本文中,笔者主要通过阅读德鲁克生平的著作,来获得德鲁克在员工管理方面的理论。以“使员工有所成就”为线索,着重从实践角度去看待德鲁克的人力资产理论,并探讨其意义。

Employee management is one of the main tasks of enterprise managers. Recently,
A lot of managers to manage employees of the concepts and methods are still caught in the last century, this has seriously affected the performance of outstanding enterprises. Making employees achievement is an urgent problem that a contemporary manager need to solve. For this problem, Peter Drucker has an unique views in his books. In this article, the author get the Drucker’s theory of employee management by reading his books. As clues to “employees achievement”, this article look at Drucker's theory of human assets from a practical point of focus, and to explore the significance of managers.
