德鲁克的工资政策思想探析
在关于德鲁克作品的研究中，只是对其管理实践中一些管理措施、管理事迹的描述。对德鲁克工资政策这一问题的研究，几乎是一处空白。本文目的在于填补这一空白。本文首先简述了工资政策的历史变迁；接着分析了工资政策的路径；然后概括了工资政策的背景、内容及意义；最后对德鲁克的工资政策在工业社会的定位与对现代社会的影响做一个简单评述。作者认为研究德鲁克更重要的是学习德鲁克分析问题的角度与宽度，以及其中所蕴含的紧密的逻辑思维。

【Abstract】Those researches on Drucker’s works only mention about his measures and stories in management. There is nearly a blank in the research of the wage polices by Drucker. This article is to fill the blank. The article first outlines the history changes in Drucker’s wage policies; secondly, analysis the path of the wage policies; thirdly, summarize the background, content and significance of the wage policies, finally, make a brief comment to the wage policies’ impact on society and the positioning in industrial society. The writer thinks that it is more important to learn the way Drucker considered problem, and the logical mind of Drucker.
