论德鲁克的“工厂社区”思想
“现代管理之父”彼得•德鲁克，是管理界的宗师级人物，被称为“大师中的大师”。他的思想对管理界产生了极其深远的影响，而在对于如何建立一个良好的工厂社区，使企业能够满足在现代工业社会里员工们的不同以往的需求，让企业能够在大规模生产背景下顺利运转，大师也从人的地位和职责、企业对人员的需要、人与工作的关系、员工和团队的关系、以及沟通的方面给了一个结构化的设想。而本文就是在对大师的社区思想的学习后，所做的浅析。
