论高中英语教学中的形成性评价A Study of Formative Assessment in English Teaching in Senior High Schools

 

Abstract

Assessments are effective ways of determining the levels of students and the effectiveness of teaching. It is an essential part of teaching to examine and assess the students’ achievements and to assess the teachers’ teaching. The formative assessment focuses on all kinds of students’ authentic learning activities and tasks. Its purpose is to find out the language aptitude of each student, improve and strengthen students’ learning methods and provide feedback for teachers. This paper discusses the problems existing in English teaching and learning in high schools, characteristics and main principles of formative assessment, and the various effective assessment methods in implementation.

论高中英语教学中的形成性评价
 

摘要


评价是用以确定学生水平和教学效果的有效方法,对学生的学业成绩进行考核与评价,和对教师教学进行评价,是教学工作中一个不可或缺的组成部分。形成性评价着眼于学生各种真实的学习活动和任务,它的目的是为了发现每个学生的潜质,强化改进学生的学习方法并为教师提供反馈。本文对目前高中英语教学中存在的问题以及形成性评价的特点和主要原则进行了阐述,并探讨了实施形成性评价的各种有效手段。
