论任务型教学法在高中英语听力教学中的应用、Teaching in Middle Schools

 

Abstract

English teaching in China is dominated by the original methodology of teacher-centered. Being affected by the test-oriented education, the teachers often neglect the practical knowledge while concentrating on the theoretical knowledge, which leads the students to have low interest in English class and innovation, and are also bad at communication. "Listening" is an important measure of communication, but students' ability of listening is weak enough to influence their English learning. With the rapid economic growth in China and the closer relationship of countries in the world, the original methodology cannot meet the need of the new era so it should be improved. This paper explores the definition of the Task-Based approach, the current situation of English listening teaching in middle schools, the factors affecting students' listening, and the relationship between Task-Based approach and Oxford English book, and proposes some suggestions about how to use Oxford English book to improve students' listening.

论任务型教学法在高中英语听力教学中的应用
 

摘要

在传统的中国英语课堂教学中,以老师为主导的教学方法一直占据主导地位。受应试教育的影响,教师的授课范围仅仅局限于课本,着重抽象知识的讲解,忽略了知识的实际应用,导致学生积极性不高,英语兴趣不浓,交际能力差。“听”是人们进行言语交际的重要手段。但目前我国学生的听力能力非常薄弱,严重影响了我国学生的英语学习。随着中国经济的的飞速发展以及世界各国交流的日益密切,传统的外语教学已经无法适应时代的要求,需要进一步完善。本文对任务型教学法的定义、我国高中英语听力教学的现状、影响学生听力的因素以及牛津英语教材与任务型听力教学法的结合进行探讨,提出如何利用现有教材,促进学生听力的提高。
