摘   要
   企业如何吸引人才、留住人才及激励人产生较高的绩效是关系到企业能否实现持续、稳健发展的重要问题。解决这个人力资源管理问题的关键就是要建立与完善企业员工的激励机制,以达到吸引外来人才、留住优秀人才、激励有用人才、提高组织效率的作用,使企业更好地发展。
   本文从广东唯美陶瓷有限公司的角度,以解决生产操作岗员工流动性大、工作积极性不高的问题为出发点,在激励相关理论知识的系统分析基础上,借鉴现代企业激励机制的可取之处,结合公司生产操作岗员工激励相关情况的调查研究和具体分析,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,对唯美公司生产人员的激励现状及其问题的原因进行了探讨,及对如何完善确立符合公司生产操作岗员工实际需要的激励机制进行了探讨和研究,进而制定出唯美公司生产操作岗员工激励机制的具体方案及提出方案实施建议。
