我国企业人力资源管理风险及防控策略


摘  要
知识经济时代,企业人力资源管理在企业管理中处于战略地位,但其中存在许多风险,特别是全球经济一体化加速,企业人力资源管理越来越复杂,企业人力资源管理风险随之增加。该文首先对企业人力资源管理风险及相关概念进行了辨析,按照不同的方法对风险进行分类,研究人和环境之间的关系以及企业委托代理关系,得出企业人力资源管理风险产生和作用的内在机理。再通过研究企业人力资源管理风险的表现、危害和产生原因,进一步认识了它的本质,为识别和防范风险打下基础。最后提出了企业人力资源管理风险防范的具体对策,并以Motorola为例进行实证分析,以期对人力资源管理有一个全面的认识和更深入的研究,更好地促进人力资源管理工作水平的提高,使人力资源管理工作在企业中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract

In knowledge-based economy, human resources management of enterprises is in a strategic position, which involves many risks. With the acceleration of global economic integration, enterprise management of HR is becoming more and more complicated. Consequently the risk of human resources management of enterprises also increases. At first,this paper analyzes risk of human resources management and relative conceptions and classifies risks according to different methods to study the relations the humankind and environment so that internal mechanism of the concurred and functions of human resources can be obtained . Secondly, the thesis expounds on the dangers and risk causes of human resources in the enterprises to further identify its essence and lay a foundation for identifying and preventing risks. Finally, this article offers the detailed solutions about how to prevent the risk. Taken Motorola as an example, it helps us have a comprehensive and in-depth research of human resources management . It can also promote the advance of human resource management skill and makes human resources management playing a larger role in the enterprise.
