中小学班主任人格特征调查研究


摘要:本文用16PF人格因素测验量表,对湖北十堰4所中小学班主任与非班主任教师的人格特征进行了测验。结果显示:(1)中小学班主任的人格特征是性格外向,喜好与人交往。做事细心、脚踏实地,但是比较固执、传统,缺乏创新意识和创新观念,忧虑抑郁、情绪低落等现象严重、常有挫折感,不自信。(2)班主任教师比一般教师的更加传统、固执;班主任比教师非班主任教师更易出现忧虑抑郁、情绪低落等状态。(3)中学班主任教师比小学班主任教师更易出现忧虑抑郁、情绪低落等状态。

Abstract:In this paper use 16 PF Personality Inventory test factors, some of shiyan in hubei primary and secondary form teacher were investigate. Results: (1)In charge of a class in  primary and secondary school teacher is probably the personality of the character outgoing, compared to the warm, sincere and lok kwan, the general effect of social interaction better. Usually do things carefully, down-to-earth, compared stubborn, traditions, lack of awareness of innovation and the concept of innovation. Often worried about depression, depression, and often frustration, lack of self-confidence. (2) In charge of a class in  primary and secondary school teacher than the average  teacher more traditional, stubborn;  more than a non-anxiety depression, depression, and other states. (3) Secondary form teachers are more dismal and anxious than primary  form teachers.
