关于农村医疗保障制度的探究——以新农合为例
【摘要】 农村医疗保障制度与中国广大农村居民的日常生活息息相关，而作为其核心的新型农村合作医疗制度，始终肩负着根本解决“因病致贫”问题的重要使命。新型农村合作医疗自开展以来，在各级政府的配合下取得阶段性的成果，在一定程度上缓解了农民“因病致贫”的现象，但同时一些问题也逐渐暴露出来，急需解决。文章主要通过对新型农村合作医疗现状进行分析，找出存在问题，并借鉴国外农村医疗保障制度经验，提出完善新型农村医疗合作制度的若干对策。

【Abstract】The majority of rural residents in China is inseparable from the daily life of rural medical security system, and as the core of the new rural cooperative medical system, it is always responsible for a fundamental solution “sickness poor” of the importance of the mission. Since the new rural cooperative medical care has been carried out, with the efforts of all levels of government, the program has been successful, and to some extent the program alleviated the phenomenon of “sickness poor”, but while some issues have been exposed, need to be resolved. This paper mainly through the new rural cooperative medical situation analysis to find out problems, and to learn from foreign experience in rural medical security system to put forward some countermeasures of the new rural medical cooperative system.
