当代大学生人际交往的特征及心理障碍分析

摘  要:  大学生处于一种渴求交往、渴求理解的心理发展时期，良好的人际关系，是他们心理正常发展、个性保持健康和具有安全感、归属感、幸福感的必然要求。然而，有调查显示，大学生中较为普遍的心理问题有很多种，其中人际交往障碍（59％）尤为突出。当今社会，对当代大学生的人际交往能力提出了更高的要求，同时也使他们的人际交往呈现出新的特点。大学生在交往过程中经常会产生人际冲突，如果他们不能正确对待人际冲突，缺乏化解冲突的技巧，将会导致人际关系的恶化和感情裂痕。因此，本文将着重分析大学生人际交往的特征和心理障碍，使大学生了解自己，克服各方面的心理问题，改善人际关系，能够适应大学以及社会生活。

Contemporary College Students interpersonal analysis of the characteristics and psychological barriers

Abstract:  Students in a desire for interaction and eager to understand the psychological development period, good interpersonal relationships, their normal psychological development, personality to stay healthy and have a sense of security, sense of belonging, a sense of well-being necessary requirement. However, survey, college students more common there are many psychological problems, including interpersonal communication barriers (59%) is particularly prominent. Today's society, for contemporary college students interpersonal skills put forward higher requirements, but also so that their interpersonal relationships has shown new features. Students in the communication process often give rise to interpersonal conflicts, if they can not correctly deal with interpersonal conflicts, lack of conflict resolution skills, will lead to the deterioration of interpersonal relationships and emotional rift. Therefore, this article will focus on the analysis of the characteristics of college students interpersonal and psychological obstacles, so that students understand themselves and to overcome the various aspects of psychological problems, to improve social skills, able to adapt to universities, and social life.
