大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机的研究

摘要：时间的重要意义不言而喻，对于即将走上社会成就自己事业的大学生更是如此。本次研究探讨了大学生成就动机与时间管理倾向的关系，采用用叶仁敏修订成就动机量表和黄希庭等编制的青少年时间管理倾向量表对华师大400名大学生被试进行测量，得出结果分析成就动机与时间管理倾向之间的影响关系，为大学生更深入的了解认识自己的成就动机和时间管理倾向，进一步利用好时间成就事业提供帮助。研究结果表明大学生趋近性成就动机与时间管理倾向呈正相关，趋近性成就动机越高的大学生的时间管理倾向各维度得分相应性的也越高。而回避性成就动机与时间管理倾向各维度相关性不显著。性别、年级等因素在成就动机和时间管理倾向上分别有显著性差异，而专业因素并没有显著性差异。本研究还进行了探索性因素分析，对两个问卷的出题维度分别进行了具体的分析与探讨。

Relationship Between Time-Management Disposition and Achievement Motivation of Students of ECNU

Abstract：There is no doubt that time is of significant importance, especially for college students who are going to have their own careers in the near future. To explore the relationship between time-management disposition and achievement motivation, 400 Students of ECNU took a questionnaire made up of two scales, Achievement Motivation Scale and Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale (ATMD). The results are analyzed to search the influences and relationships between the two factors. It may be helpful for college students to have a better understanding of their achievement motivation and time management disposition, as well as their career in the future. We can find out in the results that the differences of each dimensions of time management disposition were significant positively correlated with adient achievement motivation ( P < 0. 01) .In other words, those get higher points in adient achievement motivation also get higher points in time management disposition, including time value, time efficacy and time control. But the abient achievement motivation is not significantly correlated with time management disposition. Time management disposition and achievement motivation are significantly different on the factors such as sex and grade, while profession is not included. Exploratory factor analyzing and confirmatory factor analyzing are conducted in this research.
