摘  要

随着全球经济的发展和科技的进步,竞争亦显得越发激烈和严峻,在这种快节奏的生活环境下,人们普遍感到压力很大,而工作倦怠作为压力症状的一种独特形态,已日益成为隐形的职场杀手。工作倦怠是用来描述个体生理、情绪、与精神方面因持续的工作压力所导致的一种症状,主要包括情绪衰竭、缺乏人情味和个人成就感降低三个维度。这种现象严重威胁着员工的身心健康和职业发展、不利于家庭的和谐美满及稳定、造成员工的工作绩效低下,降低组织了承诺,甚至也影响了社会治安的稳定。之所以会出现这种现象,从个人方面来说主要是因为缺乏理性的个人职业生涯规划、对自己的职业兴趣不清楚等;从组织方面来说是因为企业工作职责分配不科学、文化建设落后等;从社会方面来说主要有人们内心的期望与社会现实之间的落差等原因。员工进行有效的自我调适,合理安排时间、企业实行岗位轮换和加强文化建设以及更新管理理念、鼓励员工参与公司的管理等都是解决这种问题的有力措施。

ABSTRACT

With the global economic development and technological progress, competition is also becoming fierce and hard, In this fast-paced living environment, people feel that pressure is very big commonly.While work pressures as a symptom of a unique form, has increasingly become a stealth assassin. Job burnout is one kind of symptom which is caused by continuing working pressure in the aspects of individual physical, emotional, and spiritual, and mainly including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment reduce the three dimensions. This phenomenon is a serious threat to the staff’s physical and mental health and career development, and be harmful for the family harmony to happy and stabilize ,lower a staff’s job performance organizations commitment and even affected the social security and stability. The reasons for this phenomenon are many. From the personal side, the main reason is lack of understanding of individual career planning and their professional interest is not clear;from the organizational side, for the job assigned enterprise is not scientific, cultural backwardness ;from the social side mainly is the gap in the heart of the people's expectations and social reality of waiting. People effectively to optimize, rationalize time, enterprises of job rotation and promoting cultural progress, update the management and staff members are encouraged to participate in the management of the company are effective measures to solve this problem.
