探讨中小企业激励机制的完善对策

摘  要

有效的激励机制能起到激发人的动机,具有调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性等重要作用。建立有效的激励机制,不仅是中小企业面对市场竞争加速环境下的中心环节之一,也是企业日常管理工作的任务之一,同时也是吸引人才、留住人才的迫切需要。然而,中小企业的激励机制存在激励制度缺失;激励手段陈旧;激励缺乏公平性;激励缺乏针对性的问题,造成目前现状的主要原因是:中小企业管理者的激励意识淡薄;中小企业的管理者对员工的激励因素认识不准;管理者素质低下影响了激励机制的建立;物质激励与精神激励有失偏颇等。因此,中小企业必须建立激励制度(设置激励目标、建立及时有效的信息反馈机制、建立完善的评价体系、在评价过程中充分考虑个体差异性);在实践中应用多种激励手段(负激励、精神激励、员工持股制、企业文化激励);提高中小企业管理者素质(增强管理者激励意识,提高管理技能、认清激励因素),从而完善中小企业激励机制。

ABSTRACT

The effective incentive mechanism can stimulate human's motive, arouse human's enthusiasm, the initiative, the creative and so on. Establishing the effective incentive mechanism , it is one of the center links of the small and medium-sized enterprise in facing market competition acceleration environment, also is one of the small and medium-sized enterprise's daily management tasks, simultaneously also follow to attract the talented person, keep talented person's urgent need. However, The incentive mechanism in the small and medium-sized enterprise exist many problems. One, the incentive system in the small and medium-sized enterprise is in incentive flaw; Two, the means of incentive is very old and has no incentive; Three, it lacks fairness; Last, it lacks pertinent. It causes by many reasons. The small and medium-sized enterprise's managers lack management encouragement awareness; Managers don't recognize staff's motivation factors; Managers incompetent affect the establishment of incentive mechanism; The material lowly had driven and the spirit drove had lose and so on biased. Therefore, the small and medium-sized enterprise should establish the incentive system(making a incentive goal, establishing a effective information feedback mechanism and a comprehensive evaluation system, considering fully during the evaluation of individual differences); Next ,It should adopt a variety incentives(negative incentive, spiritual motivation, employee stock ownership system, corporate culture incentive); At last, It should improve manager's ability(enhance management incentive consciousness and raise management skills ,fully realize the motivators which could encourage staffs). So, we could establish a very good incentive mechanism.
