中国企业人力资源危机管理探析

摘要:伴随着经济的迅速发展,暗藏于正常运作的危机时刻威胁着企业的进步。尤其是人力资源危机成为制约企业发展的一大瓶颈并且其现象日渐有增。对人力资源危机管理的研究也被企业提上日程,倍受重视。本文从危机管理说起,分析了人力资源危机管理的表象及原因,构建了问题解决的策略模型,引起对人的建设、组织建设、宏观领导以及危机预防的重视。然后提出了四点具体建议:全力留才、保存实习;战略规划、愿景领导;学习型组织;预警系统。

Analysis about the Crisis Management of Human Resource in China
Abstract:Following the economic development rapidly, the crisis from kinds of aspects are threatening an enterprise’s normal development. The human resources crisis is just one, and because the phenomenon is increasing day by day., it has  becomes a big barrier which restricts the development of an enterprise deeply, So many people, as well as many company pay much attention to the human resources crisis management, the research has began, the management has began. This article was written from the Crisis Management, then had analyzed the Crisis Management of Human Resources step by step:firstly the pertinent concept introduce, secondly the HR crisis phenomenon analyze, then a model of myself about the crisis resolution to show , at last, proposed five specific suggestions: Do best to keep people who are capable;Plan strategically、scenery leader;Study organization; Prevention system.
