中学校运动队运动员心理咨询模式的调查研究

内容摘要：本文通过对校运动队运动员的调查、访谈确定中学生运动员训练比赛中的普遍心理问题。参考已有的资料文献，找寻和确定适合中学生运动队的心理咨询模式和方法。确定以障碍性为辅发展性为主的心理咨询模式和团体辅导咨询模式来帮助运动员在训练中提高成绩，在比赛中能良好的发挥成绩取得优异竞技成绩。发现适合中学校运动队运动员的临咨询方法以保证运动员赛场上的稳定发挥。

    Abstract：Based on the school sports teams in the investigation of athletes, interviews with athletes training for secondary school students to determine the general competition psychological problems. Reference to existing literature data to find and identify students for sports teams of psychological counseling models and methods to help athletes in training to improve performance, the game can play a good competitive results achieved outstanding results.
