钢材贸易和金属加工制造企业经济衰退下的战略选择问题

摘　要：浙江信谊控股有限公司经十余年的持续发展，已成为浙沪地区一家比较有知名度与竞争力的现代化企业，其主要业务为钢材贸易和金属加工制造。受金融危机后全球经济衰退的影响，公司的战略选择方向有必要做出一定调整。通过分析经济衰退对信谊控股有限公司的影响，结合公司本身特点，对其战略选择进行探究。希望能为信谊控股的进一步发展提供一定的建议。

Recession of Strategic Choice
-- A Case Study of Zhejiang Xinyi Holding Co., Ltd.

Abstract: Zhejiang Xinyi Holding Co. Ltd. has become a well-known modern and competitive company in the Yangtze River Delta region after more than ten years of sustained development, whose main business is steel trading and manufacturing of metal products. Because of the global economic depression during financial crisis and the problems inherent in the steel industry of China, steel industries are facing many pressures and shocks. So the direction of the strategic choices for Zhejiang Xinyi Holding Co. Ltd. is necessary to make some adjustments. This paper analyzes the status of the domestic steel industry and the effects that are brought by economic depression and than makes a further analysis about the strategic choices of Zhejiang Xinyi Holding Co. Ltd., combing with internal resources and conditions of Zhejiang Xinyi Holding Co. Ltd. Hope this paper can provide some suggestions for the further development of the Zhejiang Xinyi Holding Co. Ltd.
