新农村建设下社会养老保险制度研究

摘    要
农村养老保险是新农村建设的一个重要内容，也是社会保障的一个重要组成部分。我国现行的农村社会养老保险制度在运行过程中，出现了诸如：法制建设滞后、保障水平低、基金流失严重等一系列问题，己不能满足广大农村居民日益增长的养老保险需求，应该从合理构建农村养老保险法律体系、改革农村养老保险运行机制两个方面进行改革，加以完善，以适应我国社会保障体制建设和社会主义新农村建设的需求。

Abstract
Old-age insurance in rural areas is the construction of new countryside an important social security is an important component. China's rural social old-age insurance system in the run process, such as: the legal system lags behind, the low level of protection, the Fund, such as the loss of a series of serious problems, has the majority of rural residents can not satisfy the growing demand for old-age insurance should be reasonable to build legal system in rural old-age insurance reform and operational mechanism of rural old-age insurance reform in two ways, to be perfect in order to adapt to China's social security institution-building and the building of new socialist countryside needs.
