论明朝宦官专政及对当今防治秘书腐败的启示

摘  要：宦官专权是我国古代特有的一种历史现象，其中以东汉、唐、明三朝最为严重，社会影响最为深远。明朝宦官专政不同于汉与唐而呈现出自己的特色，它对明朝政局及社会政治、经济、军事都产生了不可小觑的影响，是有明一朝衰败的重要原因之一。宦官接近权力中心的地位与秘书有着相似之处，因而在一定程度上明朝宦官专政的历史教训能够对我们今天的秘书工作起到警示作用，对防治秘书腐败有重要的现实意义。

Discussing on the Ming Dynasty eunuch's autocracy and the inspiration to prevent and cure the apocalypse that the secretary nowadays

Abstract: Eunuch particularly power's in our country is an ancient special history phenomenon , and the society influence of eunuch dictatorship in three dynasty of East Han, Tang ,Ming is the most profound .But the eunuch's autocracy in the Ming Dynasty differ from Han and Tang and present special features of itself. Eunuch’s auto- cracy influence the Ming Dynasty political situation, the society politics, economy and militaries. It is one of important reasons of Ming Dynasty’s failure. The eunuch's position is similar with modern secretary. So the result of eunuch dictatorship can take infact in our secretary’s work, and have important realistic meaning to prevention  and cure secretary corruption.
