学困生的成因及矫正策略探析

摘 要
目前学困生问题在中外各类学校是普遍存在的，其影响因素众多。经多年研究并未取得满意的成果。其中学校教师不恰当的教育方式，家庭教育中的误区，社会环境中的不良风气，不健康的文化及其学困生自身存在的问题是其主要影响因素，面对这些因素及时做好学困生的转化刻不容缓。转化学困生的教育是一项长期、复杂、艰巨的教育系统工程，需要学校、家庭和社会密切配合，共同实现学困生的转化。

Abstract
    At present study the sleepy fresh question in Chinese and  foreign each kind of school is the universal existence, its influence factor is multitudinous. Obtains satisfaction by no means after many years research the achievement. School teacher inappropriate education way, in the home education erroneous zone, in the social environment bad style, the culture and its study sleepily lives own existence question is not its major effect factor. Is promptly urgent facing these factor completing study sleepy fresh transformation. The trans formation study sleepy fresh education is an item long-term, complex, the arduous education systems engineering, needs the school ,the family and the social close coordination. Together realization study sleepy fresh transformation.
