小学生自尊的特点及养成

摘  要
自尊心是个体需求他人尊重自己的言行、维护一定荣誉和社会地位的一种自我意识倾向，它是一个人尊重需要的反应，是一种与自信心、进取心以及责任感、荣誉感密切相联系的积极的个性品质，也是一个人前进的动力和最敏锐的情感。针对小学生自尊发展的特点及影响因素，我们对小学生自尊心的认识应该抬高到一个更高的理论层次。可见，注重培养小学生的自尊水平是相当重要的，一方面在于儿童自身在成长过程中要学会正确认识自己、评价自己；另一方面，父母、教师、社会等方面的正确引导和教育也是必不可少的。

Abstract
The self-respect is the individual demand other people respects ownwords and deeds, the maintenance certain honor and the social positionone kind of self-awareness tendency, it is the response which a personrespects needs, is one kind the positive individuality quality whichwith the self-confidence, the enterprise as well as the sense ofresponsibility, the sense of honor makes relates, also is the powerwhich a person goes forward and the keenest emotion. In view of theelementary student self-respect development characteristic and theinfluence factor, we should raise to the elementary studentself-respect understanding to a higher theory level. Obviously, theattenion raises elementary student's self-respect level is quiteimportant, on the one hand lies in child oneself to have to learn inthe growth process correctly to understand oneself, appraises oneself;On the other hand, aspect the and so on parents, teacher, societycorrect guidance and the education also is essential.
