小学教师职业压力的现状分析

摘 要
国内外现状表明,大多数教师伴随着不同程度的压力,导致心理健康问题。我们小学教师也承受着越来越重的职业压力,但对于缓解我们小学教师职业压力的关注程度却远远不够。为此,本论文在小学教师职业压力的状况和来源等方面做了实际的调查取证,主要采用访谈法和问卷调查法,研究表明,小学教师承受着很大的职业压力,对其身心健康状况造成了相当程度的影响。综合问卷反馈信息,对数据进行统计分析总结出,小学教师职业压力主要来自社会、学校和教师自身三个方面。明确了压力来源后,我们通过调查研究,提出了相应的意见和建议,从这三个方面来寻求有效措施克服教师职业压力,消除不利影响,培养教师形成健康心理。

The grade teacher professional pressure's present situation analyzes

Abstract
The domestic and foreign present situations indicated that the majority teachers are following the varying degree pressure,causes the psychologically healthy question. Our grade teachers are also withstanding more and more heavy professional pressure, but regarding alleviates our grade teacher professional pressure the attention degree actually by far insufficient. Therefore, the present paper in grade teacher professional aspects and so on pressure's condition and origin has made the actual investigation evidence collection, mainly uses the interview law and the questionnaire survey procedure, the research indicated that the grade teachers are withstanding the very tremendous professional pressure, has had the suitable degree influence to its physical and moral integrity condition. The comprehensive questionnaire feedback information,carries on the statistical analysis to the data to summarize, the grade teacher professional pressure mainly comes from the society, the school and teacher own three aspects. After having been clear about the pressure origin, we through the investigation and study, proposed the corresponding opinion and the suggestion, seek the effective action from these three aspects to overcome the teacher professional pressure, eliminates the adverse effect, trains the teacher to form the healthy psychology.
