小学教师职业态度的调查研究
摘  要
教师职业态度是指教师对其所从事的职业所持的价值评价、情感反应和行为倾向。它是教师对其职业的内在的、稳定的心理预期和准备,对教师职业行为具有指导性和动力性影响,决定其行为的方向、方式和结果。在教师素养的诸要素中,教师职业态度处于基础性位置,教师职业态度如何直接制约着教师职业水平的发挥。教师的职业态度直接决定着教师的职业行为,间接制约着素质教育的发展水平。当前小学教师职业态度的状况,与运转机制、思想教育、社会地位有直接关系。

Abstract
Teachers professional attitude is that teachers are engaged in their career by the value of evaluation, emotional reaction and behavior tendencies. It is the inherent teachers their job and stable psychological expectations and prepare for the professional conduct of teachers and guiding force of the impact of its decision to act in the direction, approach and results. The quality of teachers in various factors, the teacher's professional attitude in the basic position and attitude of the teaching profession directly restrict the teaching profession level of play. Teachers decided to direct the professional attitude of the professional conduct of teachers and indirectly restrict the level of development of quality education.
