体验视角下的景区结构分析—以剧场模式分析景区结构

美国人约瑟夫•派恩与詹姆斯•吉尔摩,在《哈佛商业评论》的“体验式经济时代来临”中指出: 体验式经济是继农业经济、工业经济、服务经济之后的第四个经济发展阶段。体验是一种独特的经济提供物,本身代表一种经济产出类型, 成为一种新的价值源泉,体验经济就是以体验作为主要经济提供物的经济形态。体验经济的出现反映消费形态的改变,是人们新需求——体验需求的产物.
体验经济时代的来临,对旅游业影响深远,包括旅游营销、管理、规划、产品设计等方面。旅游就是这样一种体验，它集文化体验、生态体验、环境体验、景观体验、娱乐体验、情感体验、健康体验等于一身，旅游业就是典型的体验经济。
总的来说,景区旅游开发与规划的发展经历了资源导向型、市场导向型、产品导向型等开发模式，它们是景区旅游开发与规划发展过程中不断演化的规划理念, 它们是逐步演进、不断成熟和发展的。本文笔者从体验的视角进行景区结构分析，继承前人的精华，发掘自己的愚见，以剧场模式对景区旅游进行规划。

Abstract

B•Joseph. Pine II and James H•Gilmore, in the “Welcome to the Experience Economy” of "Harvard Business Review", pointed out: Experience economy is the fourth stage of economic development after the agricultural economy, industrial economy and the service economy.Experience is a unique economy which itself represents a type of economic output and become a new source of value.The major economic shape of the experience economy is to provide experience.Experience Economy reflects the change of consumption patterns, is a new demand which is the product of the demand for experience.
The experience economic time haves an far-reaching impact on the tourism industry, including tourism marketing, management, development planning and product design.Tourism is a such experience, which sets cultural experience, ecological experience, experience the environment, landscape experience, the entertainment experience, emotional experience and experience equivalent to a health. Tourism is a typical experience economy.
Overall, scenic spots planning throughs several development models, for example resource, market and product. They are the scenic spots planning and development process. They are gradually evolving, Maturing and developing.Author analysises  the scenic areas from the experience spot and plans the areas following the theater structure after inheriting the views of their predecessors and puting forward my views.
