摘要：本文采用文献资料法、归纳总结法等方法，详细论述了明清时期的武术发展情况。从明清时期民间武术的发展、明清时期军事武术的发展、明清时期的武术理论等方面，探讨了明清时期武术发展的规律及特点，指出明清时期是武术发展的集大成期，出现了成熟的武术套路、系统的理论著作等，本文以期为武术史的深化研究提供一定的参考价值。
