摘 要
   
本文论述国内外注意力管理的研究现状,分析注意力、注意力管理、员工注意力资源的含义,阐述员工注意力是企业资源中的一种稀缺资源,是企业运转的核心,及其在企业管理中的重要作用。通过参阅前人的研究成果,分析员工注意力需求及注意力分配行为的不同,归纳出四种员工注意力集中和分散的类型:表露型、随和型、思考型、果断型,并对不同员工注意力类型施与不同的管理策略:掌声、情感关怀、事实根据、确认结果,以保证员工有良好的思想状况和精神状况投入到工作中去,为企业经营营造出一个和谐顺畅的人文环境及创造出更大的产业价值,同时帮助改善我国员工注意力的人力资源管理。

Abstract

This article elaborates on the present domestic and foreign attention management research, analyses the meaning of attention, the attention management, the staff attention resources. It shows that staff attention is not only one scarce resource in the enterprise resources but also the core of the enterprise revolution and meanwhile it plays an important role in business management. The article analyzes the difference of the staff attention demand and the attention assignment behavior in refer to predecessor's research results. Further more, it induces four kind of staff attention type with the centralism and dispersion: Revealed, amiable, ponder, decisive. Accordingly, it points out four kinds of management skills: The applause, the emotion concern, stick to the fact and then confirm the result to guarantee that the staff has the good thought condition and the energetic condition in their work, therefore, create a harmony smooth humanities environment and to create the bigger industrial value, and at the same time s helps to improve our country's staff attention human resources management.
