浅议xx公司销售物流优化设计

    随着市场化经济的不断发展，由卖方市场转入买方市场，市场竞争的进一步加剧，人们越来越重视物流对企业的重大作用。而对于绝大多数企业来说，销售物流系统结构的好坏，关系着企业经济效益与企业的市场竞争力，良好的销售系统，不仅有利于企业的运营效率，更能提高企业的竞争优势和塑造良好的企业品牌形象。因此，销售物流的优化改进已成为现代企业提高企业市场竞争力，降低运营成本，增加经济效益的必然之路。
    本文以家电企业华良电器公司为案例，从理论分析、原因判断、以及系统优化重组这三个方面入手，对华良电器公司的销售物流系统进行了初步的分析设计。文章首先介绍了现代物流理念，由物流的分类引出销售物流的概念。然后详细地分析了我国家电企业发展的现状、未来的发展趋势以及和西方发达国家之间存在的差距。最后就华良电器存在的问题提出了初步的优化方案，主要是组织结构的重组，运用重心法建立销售物流中心这两方面对原有的物流系统进行了初步的改进。

ABSTRACT
   With the continuous development of market economy, the seller's market into a buyer's market, the market competition intensified, people pay more attention to the important role of logistics enterprises. but for the vast majority of enterprise logistics system structure, sales for the quality of the relationship with the enterprise economic benefit and enterprise market competitiveness, good sales system, is not only benefic- ial to the enterprise's operation efficiency, more can enhance the enterprise the come- petitive advantages and molds good enterprise brand image. therefore, to optimize and improve sales logistics has become a modern enterprise raise market competitiveness, lower operating costs, increase the economic benefits of the inevitable path.
   Taking home appliance enterprise merchant electric company as a case, from th- eory analysis, cause judgment, and system optimization and reorganization of the three aspects, the electric company for merchant sales logistics system for the prelimi- nary analysis of design. this paper firstly introduces the modern logistics idea, by the logistics of the concept of classification drawn sales logistics. Then analyzes in detail the present situation of the development of China's household electrical appliance ent- erprises, the future development trends of the western developed countries and betwe-  en the existing gap. finally on merchant electrical problems raise preliminary optimiz- ation scheme, mainly is the restructuring of the organizational structure, using gravity method to set up sales logistics center of this two respects of the original logistics sys- tem has carried on the preliminary improvement.
