目前,由于我们国家本身比较缺少第三方冷链物流企业,并且大多数第三方冷链物流企业在运营操作过程中不规范的程度很高,技术落后,根本无法满足冷链产业对现代物流的需求与要求,基于上述原因,长沙商业物流有限公司决定开拓创新业务,建立一个专业化的冷链配送中心,但配送中心的建设是一项规模大、投资大、涉及面广的系统工程,配送中心一旦建成就很难再改变,所以在建设配送中心之前,一定要对配送中心的选址、信息系统、作业系统等进行全面规划。
本文结合公司发展现状,首先,运用SWOT分析法对长沙商业物流开拓冷链业务进行了分析并提出了相关的建议,然后从公司的实际出发,提出了冷链配送中心规划的主要内容,由于冷链配送中心的选址对整个配送中心的运营与发展至关重要,所以本文以配送选址规划为重点,采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法(AHP)对公司的三个备选方案进行了综合的分析与评价,并解释评价了方案一的合理性。选址完成后,文章进一步展开了对配送中心其他方面的规划分析,即对作业流程与区域布置规划、设施设备选用规划、信息化规划三个方面的分析。过程中提出了关于长沙商业物流有限公司冷链配送中心规划的比较切合实际的建议与想法。

ABSTRACT

At present, as our country is lack of the third-party cold-chain logisticsenterprise,and most of cold chain third-party logistics enterprises in the operating process is notnomaitive as well as backward in technology, so it can’ t satisfy  the requirements ofmodern cold logistics. Based on the above reasons,Changsha commercial logistics Col-td.decided to open up the new business, that is to say, it will establish a professionalchain distribution center.Owing to the distribution center construction is a large scale-and investment big and wide range of engineering systems,once built,it is very hard tochange,it must be make a plan about distribution center location, information systems,operating systems before distribution center construction.
First of all,combining with the Changsha commercial logistics Co,ltd.de¬¬¬¬v¬e¬¬¬¬¬lopment situation at present,analyzed the company about developing cold-chain business by the applying of  SWOT analysis method,and put forwardsome Suggestions o¬f the company,then from reality, proposed the main content on cold chain di¬stribution center. Due to distribution location planning is vital to distribution c¬enter operation and development, so that the article focused on the distribution l¬ocation.Then, using the method of AHP,analyzed and evaluated the three alt¬e¬rnative solutions in our company, and  explained the rationalityof the plan one.After location completed, the artical further opened otheraspe-cts of the  plan¬n¬¬ing in distribution center, i.e,work flow and  regional layout plan-ning,equip¬ment selection planning,information planning and so on. andput forward com¬parative practical Suggestions about changsha commercial logi-stics Co., LTD.
