摘  要
近年来,随着城市经济的发展和人口的膨胀,人们对交通的要求也日益增高,我国各城市的交通运输业也愈加的发达。城市的道路和车流量也迅速增加,随之而来也造成了环境污染,其中污染范围最广的无疑是交通噪声,它严重的危害着人们的身心健康,因此治理城市道路交通污染已经刻不容缓。
本次实验主要测量了抚顺市顺城区的交通噪声。顺城区是一个重要的地区,有着优越的地理位置,又是市政府的所在地,是一个经济发达,环境优美的好地方。
本文采用HS5633B型通用声级计,对抚顺市顺城区公路交通噪声情况进行了实地监测,共设置了26个测量点,其中有21个点用来测量道路交通噪声,5个点用来测量敏感点噪声,并对监测结果及噪声来源进行了综合分析。结果表明:顺城区道路交通噪声Leq的最大值为76.29 dB,平均值为71.71dB,分别超出国家标准6.29 dB,1.71 dB;敏感点Leq的最大值为75.61dB,平均值为71.68 dB,分别超出国家标准20.61dB,16.68dB;道路噪声监测点中有15个点超标,敏感点全部超标;此外对各个路段噪声超标的原因进行详细的分析,得出其噪声的主要来源并提出可行的降噪措施。

Measure and analysis on Road Traffic Noise in Shuncheng District of Fushun
 
Abstract
In recent years, as the city's economic development and population expansion, people demand higher traffic , in our country, our cities have become more developed in transportation. City roads and traffic volume also increased rapidly, thus bring about environmental pollution, the most extensive pollution is undoubtedly traffic noise, which seriously harm people's physical and mental health, road traffic pollution in urban should be managed at once.
 The papert mainly measured traffic noise in Shuncheng District of Fushun City. Shuncheng District is an important area with excellent location ,it is the seat of municipal government and a developed economy, beautiful place.
In this paper, the road traffic noise in Shuncheng District of Fushun city were monitored by using HS5633B General Purpose Sound Level Meter. 26 points were set up, including 21 points used to measure road traffic noise, five points used to measure the sensitivity point noise, noise monitoring results and noise sources were analyzed. The results showed that: the maximum Leq value in Shuncheng District  road traffic noise is 76.29 dB, average is  71.71dB, they  exceeding the national standard of 6.29 dB, 1.71 dB respectively; the maximum Leq value of sensitive point is 75.61dB, average is 71.68 dB, get above national standards 20.61dB, 16.68dB respectively; 15 points of road noise monitoring points exceed national standards, all the sensitive points exceed national standards; in the paper ,the reason for noise exceeding national were analyzed, the source of noise and feasible noise reduction measures were obtained.
