听力在英语教学中的问题及对策
摘要：英语是人们彼此交流的手段，听力是交际中最重要的，听力在语言学习中也非常重要。在四种语言技能中，听力是获取信息和语言感知的主要方法，然而在英语听力教学中，由于学生缺乏对文化背景知识的了解，加之发音不准，词汇不足等原因致使学生听力分数很低。因此，在现代英语教学中，教师要特别注重对学生听力的训练，培养学生学习听力的兴趣，激发听的欲望，形成听说氛围，另外在课堂中要坚持对学生进行听说训练，提高他们听的能力。此外，要交给学生必要的听力技巧，提高学生对听力的预测能力。在平时，要注重把精听和泛听结合起来，广泛接触各种题材的听力材料，提高听力水平。只有这样，才能适应现代化发展对英语人才的需求。

The problems and Methods of listening in English Teaching
Abstract: English is one of the means by which people communicate with each other. Listening is the most important part in communication. Listening is also important in language learning. Among the four language skills, listening is the main way to get language information and language perception. However, in the English Aural Teaching, the lack of cultural background knowledge, incorrect pronunciation, vocabulary inadequate and ignore the importance of listening, such as these factors lead to the low listening test scores. Thus, in the Modern English Teaching, teachers must pay special attention to the training of listening, foster the students’ interest in the listening, motivate the students’ listening passion and form the atmosphere of listening and speaking. Besides, in the classroom, students should persist in performing listening practice to raise their listening ability. In addition, the teachers should teach the students necessary listening skills to enhance their listening perception. The students must combine intensive listening and extensive listening together. We should contact all kinds of materials extensively and improve our listening level. Only in this way can we make our English meet the demand of modernization to the English talents.
